In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Wisdom is defined as the ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting. Also termed as insight. The revelation of the Holy Quran brings importance of knowedge of right and wrong to the attetion of human beings.
The first revelation was the first five verses of Surah (chapter) Al-Alaq: “Iqra bismi rabbikalla dhi khalaq. Khalaqal insana min alaq. Iqra wa rabbukal akram. Alladhi ‘allama bil qalam. ‘Allamal insana malam ya’lam, ” which means “Read in the name of your Lord who created, created man from a clot. Read, for your Lord is most Generous, Who teaches by means of the pen, teaches man what he does not know.” (96: 1-5)
We take an opportunity by the grace of Allah SWT (Subhanahu Wa Ta`ala) to discuss about Al Hikmah , enlightened wisdom in this space.
If I write anything proper and correct is due to grace of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta`ala) and I thank him for his mercy and if I write anything improper, incorrect or untrue is only due to my nafs (lexically means soul or psyche) or impact of Satan on me, for which I seek refuge and forgiveness from the Almighty Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta`ala).
